We offer various membership tiers with different levels of access to our content and services.
User Accounts

Membership and Payments
3.1 Membership Tiers
We offer different membership tiers: Spark ($20/month), Fuel ($49/month), and Flame ($149/month). Each tier provides different levels of access to our content and features. Pricing and benefits are subject to change with notice.
3.2 Billing
Paid memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel your subscription.
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid memberships. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify membership prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.
Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Our Content
All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, articles, worksheets, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Ignite Your Lyfe or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
4.3 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (profile information, posts, comments). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the Platform.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Share your account credentials with others
- Download, copy, or distribute our content without authorization
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts

Events and RSVPs
Event availability, pricing, and details are subject to change. RSVPs do not guarantee attendance for events with limited capacity. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with notice. Ticketed events may have separate refund policies.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
